Focused broths, clean finish, Honmachi

Chicken×pork×water×dashi

A compact counter shop between Honmachi and Shinsaibashi. After training at the renowned Menya Taku in Kitahorie, the owner opened independently on March 3, 2016. Broths begin with chicken and pork and are shaped with Japanese dashi for clarity and depth. Signature items include a rich chicken paitan tsukemen and a savory seafood-pork mazemen. Noodle specs change by menu so each bowl meets the soup at the right temperature and texture.

Rich yet easy to finish

The kitchen aims for concentration without heaviness—layered umami that still feels gentle by the last spoonful. Tsukemen dipping broth is seasoned to stay approachable for a wide range of guests. Order at the ticket machine, take a seat at one of eleven counter seats, and enjoy a lively but tidy service rhythm.
